today went to work again...haiz...at ther real sianz..although no need to do cashier...i should be happy...but hor...no flow through...so very sianz...not much things for me to do...so slack ard...top up everything...den mop the floor...den look here look ther...den eat chocolate...haha...den went to eat BK...haha...den throw rubbish...den went home...so nth to do...haha...but manager say tis morning got mystries shopper...haiz...sianz diao...den our store fail again...lucky not i do de...if nt i die...haha...but really stupid la...everytime mystries shopper come at peak hr...how to pass??...purposly wan us to fail...they should one day try stand ther at peak hr...see how they going to manage...still wan us to say "welcome to xxx...how may i help u...we having promotion on xxx...thank you for shopping at xxx"...HELLO!!!...wher got the time to say...say half way customer already at the entrance liao...haha...i even get scold by customers to ask me shut up...OMG...i m innocent de hor...some customers say ther's no need to say all those things...as they r regular customers..ya, i noe u r regular customer...but mystries shoppers donno...they will mark me fail...so i hv to do it...oh man...stress...i wanna complain...i rather fail den lost customers...so wat if we pass...voucher?...who cares...hving meal wit the CEO??...CEO only wat...ask him to try do the customer service in peak hr la...see how he feel went someone ask him to shut up...
